We have advised clients in a number of recent medical tribunals and inquiries including the Lindsay Tribunal, the Lourdes Hospital Inquiry and the Roscommon Childcare Inquiry.
We advise on childcare law and have given extensive advice in the area of child abuse, including the Residential Institutions Redress Board and the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse. We are members of the newly formed Irish Branch of BASPCAN (British Association for the Study and Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect.)
